Drunk-driver 'Lost' star could face jail

Drunk-driving Lost star Michelle Rodriguez could go to prison for breaking her probation terms, says the Los Angeles City Attorney's office.
After drink-driving in November 2003 and a hit-and-run charge in 2002, Rodriguez was sentenced to 36 months of probation in June 2004.
She was caught drunk-driving again in Honolulu on December 1, an offence which, says the attorney, could now lead to a prison sentence.
"We believe Ms. Rodriguez violated the terms of her probation," said spokesman Frank Mateljan. "She now potentially faces up to 18 months in county jail."
On January 24 the charge will be made formally, but will not be tried until after March 30, when the latest offence will come to court.
