Holly Willoughby: 'I'd have surgery'

Holly Willoughby has reportedly said that she will "probably" have plastic surgery in the future.

The host revealed to Pete Burns and Cindy Jackson on This Morning that she is open to going under the knife.

She said: "I'd like to think of myself as quite a confident person and I think I'm quite level-headed, but I know I will at some point in my life probably have a little something done."

Willoughby stressed the fact that she isn't considering cosmetic treatments because she's "insecure".

She added: "I know that that will happen but I know I'm not going to go to the extreme as well, and I definitely know it's not because I'm insecure in some way."
