Matthew McConaughey has broken his collarbone while surfing with girlfriend Penelope Cruz, The Mirror says today.
The Sahara actor was surfing off the coast of Costa Rica over the festive period when he took a tumble.
A source said: "It's really easy to break your collarbone while surfing, but at least he's got Penelope there to look after him."
