According to US, the Jackass star and Nelson tied the knot during a private ceremony.
Knoxville proposed to Nelson with a 2.50 carat Edwardian engagement ring.
"Naomi was drawn to this ring because it is unlike anything she had seen - feminine, delicate and detailed," said jeweller Larry Platt.
The couple have one child together, son Rocko Akira Clapp, who was born in December.
