House star Jesse Spencer is plagued by fans who confuse him with his TV alter-ego.
The Aussie, who plays Dr. Robert Chase in the FOX drama, is often mistaken for being a qualified medic.
Contact Music quote him as saying: "I was in Las Vegas and I had this Australian guy come up to me - which is really good, I love Aussies, they're so great and so chilled - anyway, the first thing he says is, 'I've got a lump on my leg.'
"And he really did. I told him to go and see a specialist, but I also told him I thought it was a benign cyst."
