Kid Cudi pleads guilty to drug possession

Hip-hop star Kid Cudi has reportedly pled guilty to drug possession charges.

The rapper was arrested in June and charged with misdemeanour drug possession, reports TMZ.

Cudi was taken into custody after an argument with a woman caught the attention of law officers. The police then found a controlled substance on the musician.

He was sentenced to two days of community service after pleading guilty on Friday to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Cudi admitted earlier this month that he has used cocaine recreationally in the past.
