Bristol Palin 'friends with Teen Mom star'

The daughter of former Alaskan governor Sarah Palin, who is mother to son Tripp, told In Touch Weekly that she met fellow mum Bookout at an event in New York over the summer.
"I feel like Maci and I have the same situation... We talked about experiences we’ve shared," she told the magazine.
"The other day, I saw an episode of Teen Mom, and then I texted her, saying, 'Oh my gosh, I totally went through that exact same thing!'. The show doesn’t glamorize teen pregnancy; it's the raw truth [of ] how difficult it really is."
Palin - who is currently competing on Dancing With The Stars - gave birth to son Tripp with ex-fiancé Levi Johnston in December 2008, while Bookout is mum to son Bentley with former fiancé Ryan Edwards.
Teen Mom airs on MTV.
