Judge Reva Goetz met with Spears on Thursday and upheld her father Jamie and her attorneys' control over the star's financial and personal affairs, according to The AP.
Goetz later said in open court that the singer had not challenged an extended conservatorship.
The judge described his meeting with the 'Toxic' musician as "a very nice conversation".
The conservatorship was established in 2008 after Britney was engaged in a series of public outbursts.
