The model, who is engaged to footballer Jamie O'Hara, gave birth to a son, Archie in July and has since stripped down to a one-piece swimsuit for a Now photoshoot.
Lloyd mimicked Liz Hurley's 2002 Pop Magazine cover, which was taken after she gave birth to her own son Damien.
"I want to get down to 9st so I've got more toning up to do, but I'm happy with my body and I feel sexy," Lloyd said. "I think I've got a bit of a tummy and Jamie says I've got a fat arse, but I know he likes it!"
Lloyd has been chosen for the 'Celebrity Mum of the Year' shortlist and has also reportedly signed up for an ITV reality show about homelessness.
