Holly Willoughby has admitted that she plans to have cosmetic surgery.

The This Morning presenter told OK that she is not scared of going under the knife and joked that she will resemble Jocelyn Wildenstein, known as the Bride of Wildenstein for her extensive surgery.

"I will absolutely have [plastic surgery]," she said. "I imagine I'll have everything.

"As the years go on, I'm going to look progressively more like the Bride of Wildenstein. I haven't had anything done yet but I know I will because I don't know why you wouldn't."

She added that being put under anesthetic to have her wisdom teeth taken out was the "loveliest feeling".

"I wanted to take the anaesthetist home with me so he could put me to sleep all of the time!" she said.

The 29-year-old added: "I think I'll do it well. I won't have a big old trout pout or suddenly have a new nose but I think it's all about maintenance."

Willoughby's husband, TV producer Dan Baldwin, backed her comments.

"Fundamentally it's Holly's choice and we'd obviously have a discussion," he said. "But maybe I'll be the one pointing it out! I might be saying, you're drooping a bit there, darling! Start off with a boob job."
