Josh Duhamel 'indirectly kissed Kelley'

Josh Duhamel has joked that he once "indirectly" made out with another man.

In an interview with Parade, the actor insisted that filming intimate scenes with Katherine Heigl in the new film Life As We Know It was the equivalent of kissing her husband Josh Kelley.

"Personally, I'm a big fan of Katherine's husband Josh Kelley. So kissing her in Life As We Know It was like indirectly getting to make out with him!" he said.

"Just kidding. Josh didn't come around to the set during our big lip-lock. Katherine says he's never there when she has to do a make-out scene."

Life As We Know It opens on October 8 in the US.
