Nicole Richie may have already moved on from ex-fiance Adam Goldstein.

The Simple Life star has been spotted enjoying a romantic meal with Jackass prankster Steve-O.

"Steve-O was kissing her cheek and neck and she seemed to be loving every minute of it," a source told The Mirror. "They left holding hands."

Richie broke off her nine-month engagement to Goldstein in December.
