The 22-year-old actress, who played Carmen Cortez in the children's trilogy, tied the knot with producer boyfriend Sean Covel over the weekend, according to Latina.
The website reports that Vega was walked down the aisle by Spy Kids director Robert Rodriguez, while Wilmer Valderrama was among the guests.
Vega had tweeted about the impending nuptials last week, posting pictures of a pile of wedding presents and thanking her fans for their support: "Thank you all for all of your awesome wedding wishes! We are so excited and can't believe that we are a week away!!! (sic)"
She later added: "I am so excited! Hopping into bed now to get some rest before I am a married woman!!"
