McCarthy 'doesn't blame Jim Carrey for split'

Jenny McCarthy has revealed that she does not hold former boyfriend Jim Carrey responsible for their recent split.

The actress told PopEater that she and Carrey have remained friendly since breaking up earlier this year.

"There's not really much I can say because I respect his privacy, other than if I blamed him for any part of the breakup, I lose the lesson," she said. "You lose the lessons of your last relationship if you put the blame on the other person. We're friendly, we ended in peace."

McCarthy also explained that she is dating again and enjoys the process of meeting new people.

"I'm having fun. I'm light-dating. I'm out and about and not counting on anything or anyone," she said.
