According to Radar Online, Burke and boyfriend David Charvet are named in a lawsuit that claims they purposefully bought $70,000 (£44,383) worth of stolen home appliances from a Los Angeles outlet called EuroConcepts.
The Dancing With The Stars co-host's attorney Marty Singer said that the lawsuit is "ridiculous".
"The lawsuit filed by EuroConcepts against Brooke Burke and David Charvet is absolutely ridiculous and frivolous," read a statement.
It continued: "All of the items purchased by David Charvet have been fully paid for. Brooke Burke never dealt directly with EuroConcepts. All of their invoices were sent directly in the name of David Charvet. Most of the invoices refer to items that were never delivered to Mr Charvet or Ms Burke."
Singer blamed any wrongdoing on a corrupt EuroConcepts employee who he said "allegedly stole money from them (EuroConcepts) [and] has been arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department and faces criminal liability".
