The 31-year-old, who is now working as a tattoo artist, said that her public image as someone who courts publicity is totally false.
Marsh admitted to having a wild lifestyle during her youth, but claimed that she had regrets about her late- night drinking sessions on the London party circuit.
"It’s all a blur to me now,” she told the Daily Star. "We had some mad nights where we'd down pints of champagne and tequila mixed together and end up in some celebrity's penthouse being sick.
"If I could do it all again I'd live a quiet life and be a vet. I worry that people get me wrong and think I'm an attention seeker. I'm not. I just like to have fun and be different."
Speaking about her dream man, she added: "I want a vegetarian, animal loving, Harley riding, real man. Someone like a tradesman who's a real bloke with a real job."
