Earlier this week, it was reported that Lambert was facing protests ahead of his first ever concert in the country due to the sexually explicit nature of his shows.
According to Reuters, the 'For Your Entertainment' singer told reporters in Kuala Lumpur that he will cut an embrace with the male dancer, but promised not to completely excise sexuality from his stage show.
"My performance will still have a lot of vibes about it," he said. "That's not something I can really control. I'm just refraining from making one little kiss…There will be lots of leather and some sequins, and spikes and studs and fur, it'll be exciting"
Lambert continued: "I think some people have a problem with me kissing a guy on stage but you know as much as I hate to compromise at any time, it's more important for me to bring the people of Malaysia my show."
Former 'N Sync STAR Lance Bass recently suggested that Lambert is right to tone down the explicit nature of his stage act.
