Dane Cook's half-brother headed to prison

According to The AP, Darryl McCauley pleaded guilty on Wednesday to larceny, forgery and embezzlement charges. He allegedly stole millions from Cook.
McCauley, also Cook's former business manager, was sentenced to serve six years in prison and ordered to make restitution.
McCauley was arrested in 2008 and accused of writing cheques to himself from Great Dane Enterprises, Cook's company, and transferring funds from the firm to his bank accounts.
