Eric Idle rules out Monty Python reunion

Eric Idle has finally ruled out any chance of a reunion of the Monty Python comedy troupe.
Idle has been the most vocal member of the infamous '70s group calling for a Python comeback, but has now accepted that such an idea is unlikely after meeting the other ex-members for dinner.
"We're all over 60 and comedy is really a young man's game," he commented. "It's sort of about what you had to say when you were fresh and young.
"I'm perfectly happy to get drunk with the rest of them. I was just in London and we had a really spectacular dinner, but I think it really should go no further than that. We've earned that."
