Frankel, who left the series earlier this year, told OK that she has ruled out even filming a guest appearance with friend Alex McCord on the Bravo reality show.
"I don't want to go back to Housewives. I don't want to," she said. "I can't say that I haven't been wanted, but I don't want to. I don't want to go back."
The reality star also revealed that she and husband Jason Hoppy's newborn baby Bryn is occupying much of her time.
"She's reached 12 pounds. She was a preemie so that was a big deal. And she’s rolling over. She's been sleeping through the night for a while 7 to 7. That's great," Frankel explained.
A fourth season of The Real Housewives Of New York will air on Bravo in 2011.
