Shakira is reportedly selling her $6m beach mansion in Miami.

The singer wants more space than the 6,500-square-foot Florida property can provide, her agent has announced.

It is situated on the seafront in an exclusive area of Miami Beach, with five bedrooms, six-and-half bathrooms, a pool and a dock. Bought for $3.38m in 2001, the asking price for the mansion is now $5.9 million.

Shakira plans to stay in the same area, though, where Ricky Martin and Matt Damon are also residents.
