According to TMZ, the Guns N' Roses singer leased a 2006 Bentley Flying Spur through Bentley Financial Services back in 2005. He allegedly failed to make the lease payments and returned the vehicle damaged.
The lawsuit states that the car had a cracked windshield, two dented doors, two damaged tires, broken glass on the left rear tail light and a gouged bumper.
The car dealer also claims that the rocker was 42,397 miles over his contracted limit, returned a remote key broken and failed to return the vehicle's original key.
Bentley is seeking $73,000 (£46,474) plus $91 (£57) for the missing key.
