Yahoo reports that Simpson had claimed that prospective jurors in his original trial had been dismissed because they were black.
"This is but the first step in a very long line of appeals that Mr Simpson has before him," Simpson's attorney Galanter said of the result.
The courts dismissed all issues raised in Simpson's appeal and confirmed that Judge Glass had made the right decisions during the initial trial.
Simpson is currently serving 33 years imprisonment, with a minimum of nine years without parole, after being found guilty of armed robbery and kidnapping in 2008.
