Mel B: 'My kids will not be popstars'

Mel B has confessed that she doesn't expect her offspring to have music careers of their own.

The former Spice Girl speculated that her three children - Phoenix Chi, 11, Angel, 3, and Giselle, her 6-year-old stepdaughter with husband Stephen Belafonte - would grow up to become athletes instead of popstars.

When asked what the future could hold for her children, the 35-year-old told Bang Showbiz: "I don't know, I mean we'll see. My kids are young so, we'll see. It's a bit early to guess right now.

"They are more into sports. Living in Los Angeles it's very much an outdoor lifestyle, so sports kind of work."
