The ex-Culture Club frontman was performing at London's Embassy club for The Meningitis Trust on October 13 when he apparently became upset that the woman was chatting during his set.
According to The Sun, he yelled to the audience member: "Why don't you shut the f**k up, you rude c**t?!" It is believed that George then tipped his drink over her from the stage.
Appalled fans left the concert, although the incident was reportedly captured on camera.
A club source said: "He wasn't playing his hits and people were losing interest. It was a shocking lapse of judgement because people had paid to support the Trust."
