A former member of the group the Village People is facing prison after missing a court hearing.
Victor Willis, who dressed as a policeman in the group, is charged with possessing cocaine and a loaded handgun in California last July, but failed to attend a hearing on the matter on Tuesday.
Mr Willis, 54, also failed to attend an October hearing, when his lawyer said he was "scheduled for surgery".
He had faced a maximum of 16 months in prison after pleading no contest to the drugs and gun charges and was freed pending hearings in lieu of $100,000 (£56,000) bail.
However, after failing to appear in court twice Mr Willis could now face more than three years in prison.
