Mel B: 'I want another baby next year'

Mel B has revealed that she would like to have a baby with husband Stephen Belafonte next year.

The former Spice Girl, currently starring in reality show Mel B: It's A Scary World, admitted that she would like a boy to join her two daughters, Angel, 3, and 11-year-old Phoenix.

Asked about the prospect of another child, she told The Mirror: "We would like to have another at some point next year. As I have two girls already it would be great to have a boy but as long as the baby is healthy, that's what matters."

Speaking of the impact starring in a reality show could have on her family, she said: "What do we have to lose? People judge us on stories that aren't true and now they can see us for what we're really about. I don't think we're exposing [our children] as they're not the focus."

The singer also revealed her plans for Halloween, saying: "Halloween is massive in the US so I'm going to take the kids trick or treating around Beverly Hills. Last year I dressed up as a witch and had this long flowing wig with a big hat and cape. Phoenix thought I looked stupid and was embarrassed to be seen with me."
