Skin doc says Pitt and Jolie are worst

"Dermatology duo" Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have come top in a new list of celebs with bad skin.

Skin doctor Vail Reese made the announcement at the annual Skinnies Awards, which lists the worst offenders in various categories of no-nos.

"Brad has acne and acne scars, while Angelina also suffers from acne and she also has moles and a scar on her face," commented Reese. "She is also covered in tattoos, of course, so that always tops my list."

He said Joaquin Phoenix had Hollywood's "Most Striking Scar", while Reese Witherspoon was given the "Boldest Botox Absistence" plaudit and Philip Seymour Hoffman was named "Pale and Proud".

The doctor also recognised Katie Holmes for her bad timing, after getting a cold sore on her lip just as she and Tom Cruise went public.

His only praise was reserved for the Harry Potter producers, who he said "must have used a computer blemish eraser to conceal the cast's pimples." With such a young group, said Reese, they had done "a tremendous job".
