Zach Galifianakis smokes pot on live TV

The Due Date star appeared on political chat show Real Time With Bill Maher to discuss the upcoming vote to legalise the drug in California, where he casually pulled out a joint to demonstrate how consuming cannabis had become a social normality.
He stated: "It's a tricky thing politically to jump on that bandwagon because I think that maybe people still see it as taboo."
The 41-year-old continued to smoke the drug throughout the debate and even asked fellow guest Margaret Hoover, a conservative news reporter, to verify by smell that the stunt was entirely genuine.
