The Bon Jovi frontman explained that although the band are still touring and releasing albums, he doesn't feel as excited about his life as he used to.
"If you want to be perfectly honest, I'm 10lb overweight and I'm drinking too much and I'm bored to tears," the singer explained in an interview with The Guardian. "I'm not the fat Elvis, at 48 I look okay."
"But you know, I'm coming to real good terms with getting older," he added.
Bon Jovi's new Greatest Hits album is released tomorrow.
