Actress Jessica Simpson is facing a lawsuit over a breach of copyright with her range of cosmetics.
The star released a beauty product named "Desert Beauty Deliciously Kissable Love Potion" in 2004 with business partners Sephora and D'Lish Fragrance. However the group face a federal law suit after Mara Fox, a woman from Los Angeles, revealed that she believes the product constitutes a breach of copyright of her 1989 products named "Love Potion".
