BBC News reports that the dancer, real name Mark Berry, has been accused of harassing ex-girlfriend Monica Ward with calls and text messages, contrary to a court order.
Bez was sentenced to four weeks in jail in August after being convicted of assaulting Ward, and was ordered not to contact her for two years.
Greater Manchester Police said that they were trying to find the 46-year-old, who had previously been staying with a friend in Urmston but has since gone missing following Ward's fresh allegations.
A spokesman said: "He is said to have made repeated attempts to contact Monica by phone and text.
"Attempts are being made to track him down. We may need to get another police force involved."
