The Aussie actor, who is best known for his role in Crocodile Dundee, has been accused by the Australian Tax Office of using offshore accounts to avoid paying millions of dollars in taxes over the past 30 years.
According to the ABC, the Australian Crime Commission hopes to discover this week if it can use a number of documents as a basis for laying criminal charges against Hogan, his manager John Cornell and financial adviser Tony Stewart.
Stewart is due to give evidence in Sydney's Federal Court today.
