Rumours abound that Elizabeth Hurley is pregnant after she was spotted leaving an antenatal clinic.

The Times said the star of Sky One's Project Catwalk was seen leaving the clinic in London's prestigious Harley Street.

Hurley's agent had an answer of "no comment." when asked if the actress was expecting.

Liz and Indian businessman lover, Arun Nayar, are highly tipped to get married this Valentine's Day.

Liz, 40, is already the mother of a three-year-old son, Damian Charles. Damian's father is Hollywood producer Steve Bing, who split up from Liz before the birth.

Liz said earlier this year that she would be happy to have children with Arun. And, after Damian was born, she apparently almost immediately stated that: "I want another one."
