Eva Mendes: 'I'm no Martha Stewart'

Eva Mendes has vowed that she will not be a stay-at-home mother if she ever decides to have children.

Speaking to Latina magazine, Mendes explained that she does not want to give in to societal norms about being a wife and mother.

"There's a bit of a rebel in me that says just because society wants me to doesn't mean I have to," she said.

The star also insisted that she is content with her acting career and isn't driven to become involved with other businesses.

She remarked: "I don't have an attraction to world domination. No Martha Stewart aspirations for me. I feel absolutely no pressure about anything in my life."
