Juliette Lewis 'prefers sex with love'

Juliette Lewis has admitted that she prefers sex in a loving relationship.

The actress and singer, who was previously married to skateboarder Steve Berra, revealed that she is "very traditional".

She explained to Stella: "I'm very traditional in some senses; I believe in love in a monogamous relationship - healthy sex within that - meaning, to me, good sex only comes from a loving relationship. I don't have it any other way."

The 37-year-old also confessed that she would like to have children when she is content with a partner.

She added: "I'd like children. But my yearning towards motherhood comes out of love; I have it when I'm in love with somebody. So it's not just wanting to be a mum regardless, which some people have. I only feel it if I'm in love, so we'll see how that goes."

Lewis recently came out of a relationship due to the long distance between the pair.

She commented: "I was seeing someone who was really lovely who I liked a lot - he just lived on the other side of the world, darn it.

"We met on the road because he was a travelling musician as well. Anyway, I love him a lot but we're not together.

"The geography didn't matter to me. I saw things differently to him. Where there's a will there's a way. But he did not see that."
