Gibson ordered to pay back child support

Mel Gibson has been ordered to pay $60,000 (£37,249) in back child support to his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, according to reports.

A judge also granted Grigorieva's request to live in the actor's Sherman Oaks home with their baby daughter.

Gibson had been withholding his $20,000 (£12,416) a month child support payments.

The pair are still involved in a legal dispute over Grigorieva's allegations of abuse. Gibson further claims that she attempted to blackmail him.

"I'm fighting for my daughter and for her safety and that's all I'm doing. There's no money involved. It's all about my daughter,” Grigorieva told X17.
