Keating 'says sorry to wife in LP notes'

Ronan Keating has apologised to wife Yvonne on the cover of his new album.

The Boyzone singer, whose marriage of 12 years broke down in May amid reports that he had cheated with a backing dancer, included a message to Yvonne in the liner of his upcoming release Duet, The Sun reports.

Ronan wrote: "You are the most incredible, inspirational woman I have ever met.

"For the mistakes I have made in my life, I am sorry. Guess you have to go there to come back. It was a dark place and you were the light to bring me back. I love you."
