In documents obtained by TMZ, former Executive Director of the Cesar and Ilusion Millan Foundation Sean Hawkins alleged that he was assured that his job was secure upon taking a one-month leave of absence in June 2010 to attend an alcohol rehab clinic.
According to the suit filed in LA Superior Court, Hawkins said that upon his return to work, he was stripped of his job title and told that he must take a pay cut or leave the company altogether and was fired after requesting more time to think about his decision.
Hawkins is seeking unspecified damages.
