The JLS singer took to Twitter yesterday to declare his "love" for those that had been in touch since the couple confirmed the end of their eight-month relationship.
He wrote: "I'm very sad to say that it is all true. Rochelle & I have split up, thank you for all your kind messages of support. love you guys. Marv x (sic)"
Despite the split, Bang Showbiz reports that the Saturdays star is still living with Humes in his West London home.
"They've both been too busy with their bands to move," a source explained. "But it will happen soon."
