Jennifer Aniston bins self-help books

Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she is no longer paying any attention to self-help books.
The former Friends actress told the Daily Record, "You reach a point where you say: 'Just stop looking at these other people's words. Your instincts are pretty all right.'"
Aniston also thinks that her reaction to her split from Brad Pitt was exaggerated by the press.
"Look, I'm not defined by this relationship," she added. "I wasn't when I was in it, and I don't want to be in the aftermath of it."
