One of Busta Rhymes' bodyguards has been shot dead at a video shoot, according to BBC News Online.
29-year-old Israel Ramirez was killed outside a warehouse where Rhymes' new release Touch It was being filmed on Sunday morning. Artists Mary J Blige and Missy Elliott were amongst the crowd at the filming, but were not involved in violence that subsequently "erupted" outside the building.
Ramirez, who was responsible for Rhymes' jewellery, died after a single shot to the chest. Police do not yet know what led to the violence, but have removed a bullet-ridden car for forensic analysis.
