Parker 'expected Longoria divorce filing'

The Desperate Housewives actress filed the legal papers on Thursday over allegations of Parker's infidelity.
"Eva and Tony have been discussing their situation privately," Parker's spokesman told US Weekly.
"He was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles."
