Sarah Lancashire has pulled out of musical Guys and Dolls.
The 41-year-old has been suffering from a chest infection since January, and has been forced to leave the show. She was due to play Miss Adelaide in the show, alongside ex-Eastenders star Nigel Harman until March.
Producers say they hope that Lancashire, who has been praised for her performance, will reprise the role later in the year, when she is fully well. She has previously performed in musicals including Little Shop Of Horrors.
