The prospective case against the Australian actor for allegedly concealing funds in an off-shore bank account has been dismissed due to "insufficient prospects of securing convictions", BBC News reports.
Hogan's lawyer Andrew Robinson suggested that the verdict will come as an "immense relief" to his client.
The star still faces a separate investigation by the Australian government over an alleged multimillion-dollar tax debt.
In August, Hogan declared that he cannot afford to pay even 10% of the money that he owes to the country's tax office.
