The 32-year-old had been due to run the 26-mile route this year but pulled out on doctor's advice. The year before she completed it with her then husband Peter Andre in just over seven hours.
"I can confirm I'm running London Marathon with my brother Daniel, my sister Sophie and Andrew Gould," she told fans on Twitter.
The former glamour model said that she will put up a donations page over the weekend.
The 2011 marathon takes place on April 17th.
