Publishers HarperCollins filed a lawsuit against the blog last week after they posted a number of pages from Palin's upcoming memoir before its release date.
Following the legalities, a judge ordered that Gawker remove the pages until the issue was resolved.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the two parties reached a settlement on Tuesday in time for the release of America By Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag.
"It generated a good deal of press for Ms. Palin's book in advance of its publication," Gawker editor Remy Stern said following the settlement. "We're pleased that HarperCollins proposed settling this case as is, thus avoiding lengthy litigation for both sides."
The new title is Palin's second publication following her 2009 New York Times bestseller Going Rogue: An American Life.
