Christian Slater is fighting for joint custody of his son and daughter.
Newly filed divorce documents reveal that the Heathers star is desperate to gain custody of Eliana, 4, and Jaden, 6.
According to BreakingNews.ie, Slater would like full access to his children, and also wants to divide his and ex-wife Ryan Haddon's property up.
Slater and Haddon divorced in February 2005 after five years together, citing irreconcilable differences.
