Nicole Richie is to become a Los Angeles club boss.
The Simple Life star is reportedly planning to become a club co-owner after seeing former fiance Adam Goldstein's venue rise in popularity last year.
According to TeenHollywood.com, Richie is planning to directly compete with Goldstein's club 'Lax', as well as upstaging former friend Paris Hilton, who already has nightclub interests in Las Vegas and Miami.
