Actress Julianne Moore has given her co-star Samuel L. Jackson a painting of a pair of handcuffs in celebration of wrapping up their movie Freedomland.
The pair apparently grew very close on the set of the movie, due to the film's emotional nature. Freedomland sees Moore play a distraught mother who blames Jackson when her son goes missing.
Moore said that a relationship that grew out of such an emotionally charged atmosphere needed commemorating, hence the gift. She said: "I gave him a pen-and-ink drawing of handcuffs because it was like we were handcuffed together (through) the whole movie. What we left still stands up and I think it's a great legacy."
